John Weeks-Administrative Consultant
After serving four years in the United States Air Force following high school, John went on to serve as the branch manager for Southern National Bank in Fayetteville, where, in two years he was promoted to Assistant Vice President. He left the bank for an opportunity to own his first business which was a Dunkin Donuts, also located in Fayetteville. For the several years that followed John was involved in various restaurant ventures until the late 1970s. At that time he left the restaurant business to work with his father-in-law in the rest home industry.
John went on to own his first assisted living facility in 1980. Since then, John continues to remain a dedicated advocate for the elderly and disabled in our state.

Sheila Taylor, Business Manager
Sheila’s background includes 11 years as a bookkeeper with a financial institution, 11 years as an Administrative Assistant to the District General Manager of a National Food Service corporation, and 4 years as an Administrative Assistant to the Corporate Vice President of Sales for a major manufacturing corporation.
Sheila first began working for the Weeks family in 1996 as the business manager. In her 14 years in this capacity, she continues to operate the day-to-day business of the facility with great efficiency.
Sheila’s extensive business experience coupled with her people skills, make her a vital member of the Eastover Gardens team.
Mary Morgan, Resident Financial Services
Mary was born in New Edinburg, Arkansas and grew up there. Her background includes a BBA in Business Management from Southern Arkansas University and 11 years service in the US Army in satellite communications.
Mary began working for the Weeks family in December of 2009. Here at Eastover Gardens she handles all matters dealing with resident financial services, and is greatly appreciated for both her expertise in financial matters and for her communication skills.
